What do we do?

DB&S is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. For the benefits of the geographical location and friendly business environment, many multinational and medium-sized Chinese companies have placed their European headquarters in Rotterdam. We provide our clients with professional advisory services, specialized in corporate finance, consultancy and interim management. We help companies to eliminate barriers off the domestic and international capital markets, approach potential buyers or sellers of companies, and improve the performance of corporate governance.

The aim of the DB&S China Desk is to assist Chinese and Dutch companies to adapt themselves and to expand in the global market. We provide advice to Chinese companies who have interest to invest in Europe, as well as those European companies who have interest in entering the Chinese market.

The China Desk of DB&S consists of Dutch, English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking consultants, a combination of Chinese backgrounds and qualified expertise in corporate finance. DB&S China Desk has access to an extensive network of local professional among law firms, banks, accounting firms, auditing services and official departments.  This network enables us to provide our clients with a broad scope of reliable assistance at a high standard.
